Florida Tech Faculty and Staff Profile

Mary Sharpe, Project Coordinator for the Lifelong Scholar Society for the Continuing Education Program, stopped by the WFIT studios to participate in a Florida Tech Faculty and Staff Profile.  Mary shared information on upcoming events. Specific event details can be found on their website.  By paying an annual membership fee of $35, members will get three free dinners at the Florida Tech Panther Dining Hall; attendance at the speaking engagements is only $10.

This year, the Lowell Thomas Awards celebrate explorers who exhibit excellence and innovation in conservation, with emphasis on emerging techniques and technologies that meaningfully contribute to our knowledge of the world and how we protect it.

Benefactors are invited to a lovely Champagne Brunch at 12:30 pm and other guests will join us at 2:30 pm for an afternoon of delicious refreshments, delightful conversation, new opportunities to be a Haven's Hero and an exciting live auction.
