Each year Swingtime and The Melbourne Community Orchestra come together for a Swingin' Time with Strings. Join us for a night of Big Band and pop with the added elegance of the strings. Len Fallen and Sally Hart will entertain us with their special vocal styles. The Swingtimers Vocal Quartet will add to the evening with their close harmony. It will be a night of unforgettable music.

The year 2015 marks the 45th Anniversary of perennial classic-rock favorite, America. Founding members, Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell (along with former band mate Dan Peek) harmonized their way to the top of the charts on the strength of their signature song A Horse With No Name. America became a global household name and paved the way with an impressive string of hits including I Need You, Ventura Highway, Don't Cross The River, Tin Man, and Lonely People to name a few.
