Florida Folk Festival May 27 - 29

From Irish fiddle tunes and kumquat pie, to the wide varieties of music brought by immigrants, the state's cultural heritage reflects the lives of generations of Florida families and communities. Throughout the Memorial Day weekend more than 300 performances give voice and meaning to Florida's heritage.

The Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival is a 6-day annual event held in Brevard County, Florida the last week in January. The event offers educational field trips, classes and workshops that promote the conservation of nature.



The Exploration Tower at Port Canaveral will be the venue for the Space Coast’s hottest event next year when Space Coast Daily presents the three-day 2016 Seafood & Music Festival at Port Canaveral.

In conjunction with the upcoming "Florida In Fabric: Wish You Were Here!" juried quilt show, the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts will present Yvonne Porcella: Quilt Selections 1986 - 2012.
