This year, Panther Dining Hall presents a brand-new dinner series with an authentic international flair. Each month, Chef Jon and his culinary team bring you a jam packed bona fide regional menu. To ensure high-quality global dishes, each food has been taste tested and approved by international Florida Tech students and staff.

Entertainment, decor and authentic dress is a key component of the evening and is provided by the international students themselves.

The Florida Tech campus is excited about the establishment of the Buzz Aldrin Space Institute at the university. Opening this fall and led by legendary Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the Institute will promote the settlement of Mars through research.

The effects of Beach erosion are pertinent to many different fields of science.  Dr. Maul, Professor Marine and Environmental Systems has been teaching surveying techniques and monitoring beach erosion for many years at Florida Tech.

Saturday, September 19th at 7 pm at FL Tech's Panther Stadium, the Panthers take on Warner Southern.  This week's game will be Military Appreciation Game.  FL Tech has partnered with the Wounded Warriors Project to honor some of our Military Veterans with VIP treatment.
