Marine & Environmental Science Summer Camp.  July 20- 24, 2015.  Registration info

Camp runs from Monday through Friday,  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Overnight campers can arrive on Sunday July 19 and depart Saturday July 25.

Check out the sample itinerary on our website. Overnight campers will also be involved in nightly educational and fun activities.

All campers will receive a bag lunch.  Breakfast, dinner, and snacks are provided for overnight campers, as are linens.  

The Indian River Lagoon Teachers’ Workshop will provide tools, lesson plans and continuing education

credits for teachers working in counties which border the Indian River Lagoon (IRL). Over the course of four days, teachers will be engaged in a series of lectures, classroom demonstrations and field activities to expand their knowledge of the IRL. Example topics may include: history of the IRL, the presence of invasive species, trends in seagrass health, impacts of nutrients, resources for species identification, management strategies and much more.
