In this edition of WFIT's Coastal Connection, we hear from Nancy Mellor of Brevard Aiding Shelter Animals Project, Inc. This non-profit has one mission - to generate resources to enhance Brevard County's animal shelters.

The efforts of Brevard ASAP include educating the community, increasing adoptions, improving shelter facilities and stopping the influx of unwanted animals  through spay/neuter programs.
