WFIT’s Garage Band Contest has been extended to Friday, March 24 2017

A lot of great bands started in a garage.  The Velvet Underground, The Clash and Nirvana just to name a few.

This month WFIT 89.5 FM is looking for the next great garage band on the Space Coast.

If you have a band enter our Garage Band Contest.

Send us a video of your band or solo, performing 1 original song you wrote in a garage.

Your band must include at least 1 member in High School or College in Brevard County.

The winner of the Garage Band Contest will win a Sound Waves Studio Session to be broadcast on the radio, a chance to perform at our big spring concert at Florida Tech and a recording session at WFIT.

Fill out our entry form on our web site and rock out, or soul, rhythm & blues, folk, jazz  - whatever it is - make it in a garage.
