Last month SWIMM announced that they would be performing four December shows in Florida - "SWIMM - Christmas in Florida."
The announcement was met with excitement and anticipation from their ever-growing fan base here in Melbourne, Florida. Both Chris Hess (lead vocals, guitar, piano) and Adam Winn (drums) are originally from Melbourne.
Many of their fans, like myself, first heard SWIMMperform when Todd Kennedy invited them to visit WFIT Broadcast Studios for a live session and interview.
That was several years ago when they were still performing under the name Le Blorr. The year 2013 brought their new name, new music, new musicians and a fresh direction for SWIMM. The rest as they say, is history.

The Tuesday, December 23rd show at the Monkey Bar also features Jacie and The Knick-Knacks, a popular local band who have visited WFIT on many occasions. We hope to see you there!
