Join us for a timely discussion on Net Neutrality.

Led by Florida Tech’s Dr. Scott Tilley, professor of Engineering Systems, ACM distinguished lecturer and president and co-founder of Big Data Florida, and Dr. Dzmitry Yuran, asst. professor in the School of Arts and Communications, whose research interests include mass media and media freedom.

The Internet has become the way we live, work, learn and play.  Search engines, social media, video streaming, and online commerce are all part of our lives. Network Neutrality (or “Net Neutrality”) allows us the freedom to be in charge of our own lives online with a free and open internet.  Join us as we take a look at internet access and impending threats to current models.

We look forward to seeing you.

Terri Wright held the position of General Manager at WFIT from 1998-2023.
