Looking for a fun way to give back to the Lagoon and get your hands dirty? Come join the MRC Mangrove Team!
This is a volunteer team that meets on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30am. The team works to maintain and grow the thousands of mangroves housed at the MRC Greenhouse. The February Workshop will be held at the Lagoon House (3275 Dixie Hwy NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905) where we will be doing a lagoon side cleanup in preparation for an upcoming planting.
Please be aware that participation involves working in some standing water and lots of dirt. Come dressed appropriately and in boots, crocs, or shoes that you don't mind getting wet and dirty.
