Melbourne In May Food Festival is Saturday, May 31 at Riverview Park. The festival is a major food drive initiative culminating in a festival with food, arts and crafts vendors, giveaways and entertainment. The event will feature many of Central Florida's most popular food truck vendors.
The primary goal of Melbourne in May is to collect 5,000 lbs of food to be donated to Second Harvest of Brevard. All participants are encouraged to bring and donate non-perishable food items. The event will also seek to break the Guinness World Record for the most people performing the "Cha Cha Slide" at once.
