Lagoon Fest Session Friday at Noon on Sound Waves

WFIT welcomes Andy Harrington of Heliophonic. Andy is one of many performers at LagoonFest March 7 at the Ted Moorhead Lagoon House in Palm Bay. Today at noon we talk with Dr. Leesa Souto, Executive Director of the Marine Resources Council and hear Andy Harrington play some selections from Heliophonic's new album "Dreadnaughts And Daisies."

And we'll be giving away tickets to LagoonFest as part of the first day of our Spring Fund Drive.

Originally from Boston, Todd Kennedy began volunteering at WFIT 89.5 FM in 1992 as a late night jazz DJ. In 1998 he was hired as Director of Operations and in 2004 he became Program Director until his retirement in 2022.
