The WFIT 2018 Garage Band Contest - We Have a Winner!

Congratulations to our Garage Band winners The Spring!

See them perform live at our Sonic Waves Music Festival April 14th at the Intracoastal Brewing Company

WFIT would like to thank all the bands who entered our Garage Band Contest. The judges will have a hard time this year selecting a winner, the videos are really good. WFIT will announce the winner during Sound Waves at noon time on the first day of our Spring Fund Drive, Friday March 16. The winning band will perform live for a Sound Waves Studio Session and will be invited to our Sonic Waves Music Festival on April 14 at Intracoastal Brewing Company and win recording time for their band in our Performance Studio.

WFIT thanks the following bands for their videos.
Good luck to: The Spring, Never Ender, LooseTight, Adam Fusco, Cherry Down, Anja and the Dreamers Zeddemore, Jackwagon, Sounds of Nebula, and John McDonald.

WFIT 89.5 FM is again looking for the next great garage band on the Space Coast. If you have a band or perform solo, enter our 2nd Annual Garage Band Contest.

The winner will get the opportunity to perform a Live In Studio Session to be broadcast on Sound Waves, perform at our Spring Sonic Waves Music Festival, and have a recording session at WFIT.

To enter, you'll need a video of your band or solo in a garage, performing one original song you wrote. So start recording, and get your entry in. The entry deadline is March 9th, with the winner to be announced on March 16th.
