Created in 2011 by Owner Mark Baratelli, this Orlando food truck event delivers a 10-15 truck selection per gathering, and a fun event-like atmosphere full of locals sampling, meeting people in line and enjoying the night with friends and family. Named “the pied piper of food trucks” by the Orlando Business Journal, Baratelli selects each truck himself through a menu, tasting and paperwork review.
