EGAD at First Friday's Classic Christmas and Tree Lighting Dec 4th

Every December First Friday, EGAD lights a holiday tree, welcomes the Eau Gallie High School Jazz Band to the band shell and Santa. What will be different about this December 4?  Santa’s real sled will be there and Santa’s very own snow globe! Yes, bring your cameras for Santa selfies and for your friends and family in the human snow globe. Also new this year is “kegnog” and other beverages for making spirits bright. EGAD merchants are lining Highland Avenue and Eau Gallie Boulevard with white luminarias and the entire Eau Gallie Square will be ablaze with white lights and Christmas decorations, especially the live 14′ Douglas fir. Come hungry, too!

First Friday is free and open to the public. It is anchored at the Eau Gallie Rotary Band Shell on the corner of Highland Avenue and Eau Gallie Boulevard. Shops and galleries along historic Highland Avenue also have special events or exhibit openings. Foosaner Art Museum is also open and offers live musical entertainment. Restrooms are available in the Eau Gallie Civic Center and there are several public parking lots nearby.
