The 16th Annual ArtWorks Of Eau Gallie Fine Arts Festival
The 16th Annual ArtWorks Fine Arts Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, November 17 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Artworks Festival is a “plein-air” show and takes places on Highland Avenue in the historic Eau Gallie Arts District in Melbourne. "Plein air” is a term derived from the French phrase “en plein air”, which literally means “in the open air.” The unique requirement that each artist create works as they exhibit or demonstrate their techniques makes this an extraordinary show for both artists and patrons.
In addition to artists demonstrating their techniques, there will be art for sale, student art, chalk artists, children's hands-on art activities, a food court, live entertainment and more. Saturday’s performers include The Heart Ring, Jason Bauer and the Brevard Busking Coalition. Matt Sam’s Band and Ernie Southern and Pompano Pete will perform on Sunday.
The 16th Annual ArtWorks Fine Arts Festival is a delightful way to spend the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
