On The Flipside is based on the classic AOR/Free Form radio format of the 60's and 70's. Presenting an eclectic mix of tunes recorded over the past 50 years, the show features new (and old) music by our classic rock, folk, and soul heroes. Occasionally, Host Java John will share interviews he's conducted with acclaimed artists such as: Arlo Guthrie, Charlie Daniels, Commander Cody, Dave Davies from The Kinks, Eric Burdon, Edgar & Johnny Winter, Ian Anderson and Martin Barre from Jethro Tull, Jewel, Lisa Loeb, Mavis Staples from The Staples Singers, Nils Lofgren from E Street Band, Pete Seeger, Ray Manzarek from The Doors, Timothy B.
